My company was created in July 2013, when we purchased our wonderful little puppy. At the time we found it impossible to find a puppy coat to fit him.
So being a bit crafty myself, I decided it was up to me to make him one. Especially since he was so tiny and winter was here. I was worried he would not survive the freezing nights that we experience in the Southern Highlands. As we walked around town with our new puppy and his new handmade coats, people commented on how lovely his coats were...So I who has always wanted to have my own business, decided this may well be what I have been waiting for.. As a result "Teenie Weenie Coats" was born.
I spent some time creating different designs and finally came up with one I was happy with. I am still experimenting with sizing and different variations. My coats have press stud or Velcro fixings. Some have collars, some don't. All my coats are double stitched and lined with fleece, they come in various colours and some are original one of a kind creations. Due to being handmade no two coats are identical, be it slightly shorter, longer wider or narrower.
